Cleveland Alzheimers require enthusiastic highly motivated people who are up to the challenge to deliver the next phase of the already successful Dementia Voices Stockton project.
Dementia Care Co-Ordinator
- 28 hours per week
- £15 per hour
To be responsible for the delivery of the Dementia Voices project Phase 2 and to provide support and advice to empower the person with dementia and/or their carer.
Currently funded for 3 years. Enhanced disclosure required, to be paid for by employer.
