Care Assistant & Support Worker

We are looking for a caring, compassionate Care Assistant / Support Worker to provide quality care to elderly residents in a privately-owned Care Home in the Knutsford area of Cheshire. Commutable from Macclesfield, Warrington & surrounding areas. You will be joining an award-winning home who specialise in personalised care packages, ensuring their residents maintain their independence in a relaxed atmosphere. 

This is a typical example of one of their residents:

‘I have lived in my Home now for 3 years and I love it as I can keep my independence, whilst having the support there if I need it. I am never bored as there is always an option to join my friends and residents in activities, including yoga! I'm not as fit as I used to be but I can still keep up with the rest.

What I like most of all is I feel like I have my own privacy, but if I want to socialise, I can! The Care Assistant / Support Worker are more like family to me and they always here to help when I'm not feeling my best or happy to have a natter and a cup of tea.' 

Hours and Pay Rates:

• This is a full-time role, 36 hours per week 
• Mix of days and nights available
• £8.00 per hour

What experience will I need?

• Have at least 1 years' experience of supporting older people
• Reliable, Punctual and dedicated
