Staff Nurses (RGN)
£13.50 - £14.00 p/h + excellent benefits package including bonus, parking, uniform and NMC fees paid plus many more!
Our client has several positions for qualified Staff Nurses to work in their established care home for older people and also in their newest exciting care home which will cater to a range of complex needs, for 18 - 65 year old service users.
Both of these homes are purpose built, with residents comfort in mind and have beautifully landscaped gardens.
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone, as the company strives to support with career progression for all members of their staff and encourages staff to undertake further training for personal and professional development.
Both the care home owners and home Managers are always willing to listen to new ideas from staff and give things a go to improve the quality of life all residents have.
Position Summary
As a Staff Nurse within the care home your role will include an array of daily duties and tasks, such as;
• Delivery of care to residents
• Supervision of Support Staff
• Quality assurance
• Training and development activities
• Administration and records
• Be familiar with and strictly adhere to company policy and procedure and Care Inspectorate guidelines
• Promote the highest standards of care within the home
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidates will have the required skills and experience to apply for this role,including;
• First level Nursing Qualification is essential
• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (or awaiting NMC Pin if newly qualified Nurse)
• Flexibile attitude towards working hours
• Genuine interest in working with the relevant client group
• PC Literate
Desirable:
• Previous experience is beneficial
• Adaptable and approachable
• Sense of humour
