To support this growth and our exciting 5-year plan, we are looking for a Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager to join our Tea Marketing team.

About the Brand Manager role

Our Brand teams have one of the most exciting jobs in Pukka - they're our global brand champions - and this role is pivotal in making our tea portfolio a success in the UK and internationally. We're seen as leaders in our field of herbal expertise and create ground-breaking marketing activity that retains our position as one of the smartest, most beautiful and yet authentic brands in the world.

We are a small but growing team which means you'll be given freedom to make a real difference, flex your creativity and work with a brand that champions the environment and sustainability. You'll work with our internal communications team and external media agencies to deliver fully integrated marketing communications which deliver our key messages in a Pukka way.

Acting as the lead contact for key global markets, you'll work with countries such as France and Australia to develop country marketing and activity plans, supporting their delivery to achieve market growth. You'll manage key global partnerships and activity plans which enable us to achieve key marketing and sustainability objectives.

Consolidating information from consumer, shopper, competitor and market data, you'll apply these insights to develop differentiated and engaging activity and plans. You'll input to brand strategies to enable more people to discover and start a relationship with Pukka as well as monitor key measures allowing us to evaluate and optimise ROI.

About you

You'll inspire others through your passion, enthusiasm and ambition, and demonstrate your drive and energetic approach with a deep desire to make a difference by working for one of the most ethical, sustainable businesses in the world.

You'll have a degree-level qualification gained in Marketing or a Business-related subject and substantial brand marketing experience gained within an FMCG business, ideally in food and drink, lifestyle or health industries. Extensive knowledge of core marketing communications within well-established brands is pivotal. A proven record in building and developing marketing communications for ‘beacon' brand, using the full range of communications channels and platforms is required.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and enjoy new challenges. Agile, efficient and highly organised you'll be able to handle a multitude of projects and tasks and be able to blend creativity and commercial acumen. You'll have an investigative, inquiring and analytical mind, able to mine information and data to quickly draw insightful conclusions.

You'll have solid experience of developing, managing and executing brand plans and launching new products using integrated campaigns (in-store, digital, experiential, social and PR). Experience of managing budgets is essential and experience of product management, where you have managed portfolios and innovation, is beneficial.
