Candidate Specification:
They are looking for a confident, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of marketing principles to maintain and increase the success of their current sales and marketing activities.

Experience/Skills:
- Confident communication skills both written and verbal
- Good understanding and some previous experience of marketing and sales principles
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and understanding of PPC marketing- experience using Google AdWords is beneficial
- Enthusiastic and professional
- Independent and proactive worker.

Main Responsibilities:
Strategic responsibilities:
- Formulating innovative and focused sales and marketing strategies, providing opportunities to sell and promote their services in key target markets.
- Direct Marketing - approaching new prospects/potential clients - selling their services in an enthusiastic and professional manner
- Business Development - helping to convert sales prospects into contracts, assisting with the production of concise and persuasive proposals and following up as required.
- General - managing and developing company website, collaborating with colleagues in the general day to day operation of the business

Operational responsibilities:
- Content Marketing - maintaining company blog, researching and creating compelling B2B copy, tracking performance using Google Analytics.
- Social Media Marketing - managing and improving social media strategy using Twitter and LinkedIn.
- PPC Marketing - overseeing and increasing the success of their PPC activities using Google AdWords - improving ROI.
- Email Marketing - managing and improving the effectiveness of their promotional email activities, including maintaining contact with their existing base of loyal clients.

Salary and Hours:
Negotiable based on experience. Full time. Office based.
