Do you have automotive experience, preferably from an HGV Main Dealership?

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm 

The Position:

This is a brand new role and an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager and enthusiastic and wants to take the next step in a service and parts focused role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and have in place the processes to fulfil them
- Ability to communicate at all levels in the client's organisation
- Provide the link between the client's business and ours
- Chase parts, deliveries and vehicle completions on behalf of the client
- Ensure that all service work and/or inspections on the fleet allocated to us are completed on time and that guests are given all the vehicles allocated to them
- Produce KPIs and records as required
- Liaise with guest personnel to ensure the client receives optimum service
- Schedule and hold regular customer review meetings

You will possess:
- Parts experience
- Computer literate (word, excel and outlook)
- Excellent administration skills
- Customer service skills
- Outstanding organisation skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good clear telephone manner
- Strive to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Full, valid driving licence is essential
