Our client now has an opportunity for a Branch Manager to join them and be responsible for the long term growth and profitability of the Thorne branch. As Manager, you will create a business plan and translate it into financial budgets ensuring it achieves / exceeds the target profit and cash flow. You will champion continuous improvement and ensure that the branch works efficiently and to a high quality standard.
 
With the workload being varied and often fast paced; they're looking for someone who is a great team player and also able to act on their own initiative. Their ideal candidate will have worked within a similar role previously and will hold a good knowledge of the construction industry and its products. Experience of effective stock management and knowledge of how to increase profit through sales are other key factors they'd like you to have.
