Our client, based on the outskirts of Leeds, has been established 20 years and is a market leader in the Hospitality Industry.  They manufacturer and fit out Hotels with bespoke furniture & soft furnishings for clients such as Hilton, De Vere, Holiday Inn & Crowne Plaza.

The business continues to go from strength to strength and following significant investment, they are now looking for an experienced supervisor to join their growing team.  The supervisor position will report to the production manager.

Key responsibilities:-

·Responsibility for health and safety requirements

·Manage a team of up to 8

·QC all work in and out of department

·Stock control/order for Polish Department materials

·Manage daily dashboard meetings and keep information on dashboards up to date

·Work to weekly polish plan and make sure deadlines are met

·Monitor progress of the days output requirements and feedback anything that may jeopardise customer expectation to production manager

·Attend daily supervisor meetings  to schedule work and  give feedback

·Ensure staff, with the correct skill levels are working to the correct orders to satisfy client expectations

·Manage and store colour samples

·Care and maintenance of equipment

Previous managerial experience is essential
