Customer Sales Representative

Salary £18,000 rising to £19,750 after 6 months

We are looking for skilled Customer Sales professionals to join a large cutting edge company based in Nottingham. 

About the role

As a Customer Sales Representative you will be making outbound calls to existing customers, building up a relationship with them through your natural rapport building skills. You will engage with the customers, actively listen to them and introduce them to warranties to protect their current products.
With your active questioning and listening skills you will be able to identify other suitable products for the customer that could improve the customer experience.

Working 37.5 hours per week, you will be flexible and be able to adapt to working different hours as and when required.

Your working hours will be: 
11am - 8pm Monday to Thursday
11am -6pm Friday
9am-5pm 2 x Saturdays per month (weekday off in lieu)
