NoteMachine has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Security Manager to join their team covering the Midlands region. You will be on a full time permanent basis and be paid a competitive salary of £28,990 per annum plus on call allowance.

NoteMachine is Europe's number one independent ATM supplier, providing ATM and financial services solutions to everyone from independent retailers to Blue Chip banks and National Supermarkets. We currently dispense over £14 billion every year to our customers through our estate of around 10,000 ATMs.

A position has become available within our Security Department for a Regional Security Manager / Security Investigator.  This will be a full time position and your normal hours of work will be Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 although flexibility is required as you will be required to work outside of your contracted hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities of our Regional Security Manager

The successful applicant, reporting directly to the Head of Security & Risk, will be responsible for supporting the NM business, provide sound risk reduction advice to existing and new customers and employ proactive risk reduction visits to all key national accounts and “at risk” environments.

In addition this person will play a key role in security surveying potential new sites as well as existing sites that are experiencing operational change.

Skills needed to become our Regional Security Manager

The successful applicant must be able to communicate at all levels within the Company and with external bodies in support of investigations.

The role requires a person that has the ability and willingness to travel frequently, strong interpersonal skills, very self-motivated, have a logical approach to problem solving and an ability to get things done. A Police or Security services background and experience managing projects and delivering multiple key assignments at the same time would be beneficial but not essential.

To be successful the candidate will also need to be numerate and literate. The role will also require a high level of IT literacy including a good working knowledge of MS office packages.

To meet Pre-Employment Screening requirements the successful applicant will need to have a clean criminal and credit record and be able to provide a full, checkable five year history.
