Due to continued expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Manager to join a company specialising in providing visitor welcome and street management services to some of the UK's best-known destinations. Based in Manchester, the successful Customer Services Manager will earn £21,500 per annum, plus bonuses.

Working with the Area Manager the successful Customer Services Manager will achieve and maintain the highest possible standards of delivery and consistency at site level, across the four key job roles of visitor welcome, business liaison, environmental reporting and intelligence gathering. Build and maintain an excellent working relationship with the client; maintain accurate site records in accordance with company procedures and motivate your staff to achieve excellence.


The role: 
  • Managing staff rosters and cover
  • Staff holidays (and cover where necessary)
  • Managing site performance across all four disciplines plus Mystery Shopping
  • Client Liaison (statistics/feedback)
  • Promoting company image and property (uniform, equipment, workspace)
  • Logging site visits and actions
  • Staff Observations and Reviews
  • Day to day liaison with the client including report generation and analysis

To be considered for the Customer Services Manager position you must possess the following key skills and experience:
