Job Title: Senior Projects Supervisor
Reports to: Head of FM
Salary: Dependant on Experience
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Other Benefits: 20 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays + Birthday.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Projects Supervisor to assist in the control of multiple projects around the country and to develop the FM function within the company. Heading up a team of four site supervisors, you will be required to control all projects simultaneously, implement an approved training system for your Directs. This is a hands-on role which will be predominantly based in changing locations which will be reflective of the projects currently being undertaken.

Main requirements of the role:
- Ensure the BOM meets the project requirement on quantity and timescales
- Ensure projects come within budget
- A proven track record of Project Management
- Review material and labour requirements
- Ability to react to an ever-changing workload

Education/ Experience Level required for the role:
- Experience in a similar role
- A recognised trade qualification
- Excellent management skill
- Have an understanding of other trades would be an advantage
- Hold a current CSCS card
