Female Support Worker

We support a lady in Smethwick who has a learning difficulty, autism and has some visual impairment. She has an active lifestyle, she enjoys going out every day, shopping and going to church. She has a strong connection with her culture and requires her support staff to be supportive in her wishes within her culture. You will need to be a patient, understanding and person centred individual to support her in her home and the community.

There's a separate bedroom for Support Workers who are required to stay overnight; and you'll be part of a team that works flexibly on a rota. The location is easily accessible by public transport and has parking available for those Support Workers who work nights.
