Basic salary GBP18k - GBP20k (+ increase after probation) + bonus/commission and great career prospects!
There could be some flexibility on salary for someone who has industry experience or lots of relevant telesales experience!
This role is the first step into a great career with a company who like to promote from within. They will train you in their products and services (they are within IT/Comms and a lot of what they do is cutting edge and they're pretty unique in their offering!) and guide you in the art of making outbound calls.
It's all business to business sales. You'll be working from the company CRM system and ultimately making appointments for the field sales team. There are clear goals with career progression linked to them leading ultimately to a role within field sales, unless you'd prefer of course to remain office based!
The company have a great reputation and great leadership - and are well established. They are have just moved into bigger offices and the sales team, and potential within it, is growing as a result.
We are looking for someone professional with good communication skills and an outgoing personality. Someone who has a strong desire to learn and progress. We want someone ambitious who wants to succeed - but equally someone with a good sense of humour who will enjoy building relationships, both internally and externally.
There is a bonus scheme to reward you for hitting monthly targets, plus you'll receive a percentage of the deal that the Field Sales team secure - as a result of the appointment you made. A realistic expectation would be that you make cGBP23k in your first year - but it's uncapped, so it could be so much more
