Looking for an Area Cleaning Manager and a Cleaning Supervisor

Cleaning Area Manager and Supervisor Required for Commercial Office Cleaning & Property Maintenance Contractors in London.
With over 30 years' experience in the industry their established client base range from National Facilities Directors for Blue Chip Companies to Office Managers, they cover an array of services that are required to effectively design, create, clean and maintain professional work places throughout London, the South East and Home Counties. The company is quickly becoming the one-stop shop for all office cleaning and maintenance needs!
They are looking for experienced, well organised and highly motivated individuals to manage 45 cleaning contracts (predominantly Daily Office Cleans), the role is predominantly site based and heavily reactive to make sure their clients receive the best service possible and the highest standards of cleaning. Working hours will be full time but most contracts start from 5pm onwards and applicants must be available to work during these hours.
The successful candidates will have demonstrable experience of the following:
- Audits with clients (Area Manager)
- Resolving client complaints (Area Manager with support of Supervisor)
- Scheduling Cleaners and supervisors (Area Manager)
- Arranging cover (Both)
- Monitoring Cleaners including performing spot checks (Both)
- Recruitment of Cleaners (Both)
- Training Cleaners (Both)
- Manage Payroll (Area Manager with support of Supervisor)
- Site Start Ups (Area Manager with support of Supervisor)
- Reactive Cleaning (Both)
- Maintaining Supply levels (Both)
- Desirable Experience - Periodical cleans including but not limited to deep cleans, carpet cleans, internal window clean, hard floor cleans and jet washing.
- Mobile cleaning experience desirable (Supervisor)
- Great communication with Clients (Candidate must have good spoken English)
Cleaners operate daily in the mornings, lunchtimes and evenings, predominantly Monday to Friday. The role will report directly to the Cleaning Director / Area Manager and receives additional support from an Admin Team within Head Office.
