6 Months Fixed Term Contract – 35 hours per week

About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the following position within the Didsbury Contact Centre. Are you motivated to deliver an effortless customer experience?

Working Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 6 PM with no weekends.
You will be handling inbound telephone calls, e-mails and social media requests from existing customers and also people who are looking for a home with the organisation. Your role will be to help people with a wide variety of enquiries associated with their tenancy from raising and appointing repairs, managing their payments or helping customers to apply for a new home.
This role requires motivated individuals who can deliver an excellent service to all customers and colleagues.
You will have excellent IT skills and a natural ability to navigate new IT systems quickly. You must be confident, professional and friendly with a passion for customer service and the skills to quickly resolve customer enquiries over the telephone.
Starting salary £17,215. Interviews to take place 7th & 8th September 2017
