To join our well established teams working with people in and around East and West Dunbartonshire. Successful candidates will be working with a range of people including individuals with complex needs, autism and younger people from the age of 5 to adulthood in a variety of settings, including support to people in their family home. A commitment to a person centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.

Support is delivered in a varied and flexible pattern around the need of the people we support; applicants need to be available to work at various times including day, evenings, weekends, waking nights when required and sleepovers for which an additional payment is made.

KEY provides excellent professional supervision, support and training, including access to the SVQ Framework and a chance to really make a difference.

We also have opportunities for people working as part of our relief register, this would suit those who cannot commit to a contracted post but who are available at certain times for support work.
