Experienced Commercial Plumber / Drainage Engineer

Job Title: Experienced Commercial Drainage and Plumbing Engineers /Pipe fitters and Installers

Location: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL7

Rates/Bonuses:

Pay thresholds to be dependent on level of experience and qualifications

Initial Probation Rate - £100 per shift, £15 per hour overtime.

Position: Fulltime P.A.Y.E contract, following completion of probation (This contract is subject to a 3 month Probation period)

Work Hours:

We are looking to fill places across all shifts as detailed below.

Day shift - Monday - Friday (versatile times either 6am t0 4pm or 8.30am-5.30pm)

Night Shift - Sunday - Thursday (8.30pm - 5.30am)

Weekend Callout - 1 in 8 weekends

Holiday entitlement: 28 days (including bank holidays)

Our client is predominantly a commercial sector Property maintenance company specialising in Plumbing, Gas, Drainage and Tanker services. These services are focussed mainly at high end clients across mainly the London region. Hotels, Restaurants, Office Complex's, make up the majority of our client base. They have developed over the last 15 years expanding into new sectors and establishing ourselves across the industry offering a bespoke, professional and personalised service for all our clients. They are a modern company and our operational system is device based utilising smart phones for job logging and recording.

Our client are growing and are looking for suitable additions to our engineer base who are skilled and versatile, while being able to promote our company in the right way. This requires engineers with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy with customers while implementing the highest level of workmanship. Flexibility and a willingness to please is essential within this industry. They operate 24 hours a day with revolving day and night shifts and have an established project team working a range of key developments throughout the London region.

Qualifications/Experience:

This role is for experienced engineers only (5 years minimum not including college time). Highly experienced engineers without qualifications in their field will be considered.

Training: Opportunity for further training and qualifications.

Additional qualifications will be necessary at later stage of employment. Example - CSCS etc.
