Charnwood Borough Council’s Human Resources department are recruiting HR Process Support Officers who would be willing to work on an occasional basis to support and provide notes of formal HR processes including, but not exclusively disciplinary; performance; attendance; grievance; dignity at work and whistleblowing investigations.
The nature of the work is highly confidential and the post holder must be able to demonstrate a professional level of understanding of the consequences of any breach of confidentiality
Experience of providing thorough and accurate notes within a tight timescale is essential and experience of HR processes would be helpful.
