Internal Recruitment Administrator
Bromsgrove B60
£21,000 - £24,000
We are looking for an individual to recruit self-employed sub-contractors to our clients existing drive force. The candidate will be expected to make 1st call contact to each driver applicant whilst following a script.
They will then follow up with further information by email and a 2nd call. For successful driver applicants the candidate would arrange either a face to face interview or a telephone interview that is conducted by another member of the recruitment team. The candidate would also undertake some admin roles such as data entry and tasks related towards maintaining on online portal for the fleet side of the business.
Duties
- Conduct 1st calls to each applicant
- Email further information packs to applicants
- Conduct 2nd calls to each applicant
- Respond to job related queries from applicants
- Arrange interviews for successful applicants
- Data entry
The successful candidate will have;-
- Excellent organisation skills
- Professional telephone and email communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft outlook
