The role of a Recruitment Consultant:

• Becoming a specialist within your niche sector and keeping up to date with market trends
• Generating your own leads and building your own business empire within Austin Fraser
• Regularly getting out of the office, meeting with your clients/candidates face to face and attending networking events
• Speaking with the very best clients/candidates in your market, gaining a real understanding of their needs and providing them with a suitable solution
• Creating daily adverts to attract the hottest talent in your sector
