Senior Software Analyst

Contract Type: Permanent

Job Elements: -

·Working with the business and other stakeholders to provide expert analysis and advice on system renewals and upgrades

·Provision of user requirements and functional specifications

·Technical lead on projects

·Provide Manufacturing Execution systems subject Matter Expertise to the local and wider business

·Identify and document system test strategies

·Identify, document and execute strategies for systems go-live

·Create systems support documentation and provide training to peers and colleagues

·Provide second line operational support for delivered business systems

·Ensure all system changes are analyzed, designed and executed in a controlled manner

The ideal candidate will have:

·Degree level with science or computing and or significant appropriate experience

·Extensive and proven experience of the full lifecycle within IT/Controls Engineering

·Systems Analysis and Project Management experience

·Process and data modelling experience must be demonstrated

·Experience of working in high compliance industry, preferably in health care

·Network interface design & database design, MS SQL or Oracle

·Data and process modelling

·Programming expertise, VB.NET, SQL, Python or C#, Systems analysis

·Software validation expertise

·Web Frameworks: Asp.net, Ado.net

·Reporting: Sql Server reporting services

·Source Control: MS TFS

·Project Design: Agile/Scrum Methodologies
