Support Worker required for a lady with a brain injury in Wrexham LL11.
There are both full and part time positions are available.
Must have:
- Experience in support work, and preferably in brain injury and hold a Level 2 NVQ qualification or higher in Health and Social Care.
- Clean, full driving licence.
- DBS clearance.
- Flexibility - availableto work days, nights and weekends.
- Can do attitude.
