Not Just Any Programme
Our degree programme is designed to help you learn about our business and make a real difference to the way we operate. Throughout the three year programme, you’ll work for the Student Recruitment Team. Your work will cross over a number of different teams within the Universities Marketing and Communications service. Giving you an invaluable insight into how we work. You will get involved in day-to day activities with real objectives and a chance to innovate. This will enable you to transfer your academic learning directly into the workplace. The best bit is we cover your university fees whilst paying you a competitive salary as you complete the programme.
As part of the three year programme, you will study for a BA (Hons) Business Management degree which is accredited by Chartered Management Institute with Birmingham City University (BCU) – a leading edge provider in delivering degree apprenticeships. You will complete your degree through a mixture of virtual and on-campus study at Birmingham City University’s state of the art facilities. The University is located in the centre of Birmingham, close to all major transport links.
Do You Have What We Are Looking For?
You will have (or be predicted to achieve) at least 280 UCAS points (or 112 points in new ratings) at A-Level in any discipline excluding General Studies. You will also have GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English Language (or equivalent). You should have great organisation skills, be IT literate and have a good attention to detail. But more than this, we want you to be passionate about joining our brand, proactive, confident and curious. You will need to have some work and/or volunteer experience under your belt.
