Regulatory Reporting Manager

Regulatory Reporting Manager - Edinburgh - GBP400 - GBP450 p/day

We are currently recruiting a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join a leading Bank based in Edinburgh on a contract basis.

As a Regulatory Reporting Manager you will lead on specific Group Regulatory Reporting governance activity. A lot will focus on BCBC 239 developments and will require you to collaborate with various stakeholders across Risk, Finance and Change.

Key Responsibilities:

Support delivery of Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) 239 activities including annual refresh of existing BCBS process documentation and other significant ongoing BCBS 239 project developments

Support aggregation and challenge of current BCBS 239 Data Quality dashboards

Address deficiencies in controls identified through BCBS 239 activities, ensuring appropriate remediation delivered

Ensure a clear operating model for GC&RR for BCBS 239 is articulated and lead approach to embedding it, covering both ongoing control reporting/monitoring and approach to delivering BCBS 239 as essential component of change activity

Lead on GC&RR's response to other key regulatory reporting/Risk-Weighted Asset assurance developments

You as the ideal candidate will require:

Accounting Qualification - ACCA/CIMA etc.

A Background in Audit/Risk/Controls

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Strong Regulatory background

BCBS experience - Beneficial
