A Client Services Coordinator, with experience in a recruitment agency environment, is required to join eRecruit Solutions at our new office in central Bristol.

We're a small team, yet one of the most successful flat-fee recruitment agencies in the UK. Since 2008 we've been offering tailor-made recruitment solutions to a wide range of sectors both in this country and abroad, and we have big plans for the future!

We are now looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join us. The role is responsible for running the show behind the scenes here at eRecruit, as well as liaising with new and existing clients. You'll be the point of contact in the office, acting as an Account Manager, Office Manager and Administrator. You'll be dealing with incoming enquiries and will need to stay on the ball in proactively contacting existing clients. It's a busy, wide ranging role, requiring you to spin a lot of plates at once.

The role would really suit an individual who has already begun their career in recruitment; who probably likes their role but doesn't enjoy the sales calls. You'll need to be extremely organised and enjoy ticking things off a to-do list!

The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
-CV screening
-Writing and posting job adverts to a range of job boards
-Sales administration including recording stats, updating an Order Book etc.
-Being the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring any queries are dealt with promptly
-Supporting the Sales team with CV searching for their roles

The ideal Client Services Coordinator will possess the following:
-Experience in a recruitment agency / sales environment, perhaps as a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager / Sales Administrator or similar
-Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and on email
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
-An extremely motivated, organised working attitude
