Grimsby Operations Ltd a subsidiary of Électricité de France operates the NEWLINCS energy from waste facility based in Stallingborough, generating heat and electrical power from residual waste.

We are seeking to employ an Assistant Plant Operator to join our operations team. You will assist in the safe and efficient operation of the energy from waste plant undertaking control room operational duties, plant monitoring, operation of plant and equipment. You will have experience working in an industrial environment having the ability to assist with mechanical maintenance work on occasions.

Working 12 hour shifts 2 days 2 nights 4 days off, shift pattern. You will be part of a two man shift team undertaking duties in accordance with operational, environmental & safety procedures.

You are required to be flexible in you approach to work and will be required to work extra hours during planned shutdown periods.
