Synergize Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a global financial client who are looking for a number of experienced PPI Case Handlers to be based in Crawley or London on an initial 10-month contract.
Successful candidates will be trained (or have experience of) other work streams such as (Data Gathering, Triage and Investigations). However, training (paid at day rate) will be provided.
This opportunity is currently offering:
- Crawley/London Day shifts - GBP190 per day - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
- London Night shifts - GBP315 per Night - Tuesday to Thursday - 7pm to 7am.
- Initial 10- month contract
- September & October Start Dates
Skills and Experience Required:
PPI
Working knowledge of PPI complaints processing
Experience of performing redress or review calculations on loan, mortgages and credit cards.
Ability to assess multiple loans/product PPI complaints.
Ability to work well within a team environment.
A career history in financial services.
Ability to work within a target based environment, understanding of PPI legislations and key issues.
