Our client a successful growing organisation based at Meridian Business Park in Leicester are looking to appoint a Accident Management Controller to their small friendly hard working team.
We're looking for a candidate whose looking to take the next step in their career and would like to be part of a business who is rapidly growing.
As the Accident Management Controller, you'll be responsible for ensuring all accident related jobs run as smoothly as possible. It involves everything from validating quotes, chasing body-shops for completion of repairs to updating customers on repair ETA's, dealing with insurance companies and updating supplier invoices.
Day to day, you'll look after the notifications of accidents from start to finish. You will be focussed on delivering the very best customer experience, whilst maintaining the relationship between our Accident Management partner. Your challenge will be to control the Accident Management Process in its entirety to achieve, and exceed, a range of key business targets.
Previous experience within Accident Management or a similar role is essential. You'll be Assertive and tenacious with plenty of motivation, commitment and drive.
