As a national recruitment partner for one of the UK's leading names in the logistic industry, Driving Plus are looking to recruit experienced (C+E) Class 1 drivers working at their distribution centre based out of Stoke.
This fantastic opportunity will enable Driving Plus to give drivers an ongoing long term assignment, working 5 out of 7 days per week with the start times between 02:00- 06:00, mainly be Monday to Friday. The work itself involves trunking RDC to RDC and store deliveries, ensuring health and safety is followed at all time. Our client delivers throughout the UK and offers an excellent working environment, immediate starts and excellent hourly rates of pay. As a professional HGV Class 1 driver you will be required to have an excellent practical skills in driving C+E vehicles to the highest of standards.
The rates for HGV Class 1 Ltd Company Drivers are as follows:
* Monday to Friday Days - GBP12.50 per hour
* Monday to Friday Night - GBP13.50 per hour
Summer bonus: register and complete working 10 shifts to be able to receive GBP250 new starter bonus.
Only HGV category C+E drivers will qualify. A minimum of 12 months HGV driving experience is desirable. You must have no more than 6 penalty points for driving offences and no driving bans. References to cover the last 3 years will be required
