Assistant Accountant

Fluent in Spanish?\n\nSanderson Recruitment are looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant on behalf of a successful global business within the financial services sector. This is an excellent international accounts opportunity based in central Bristol.\n\nThe main purpose of this role is to support multiple entities of the Group and assist with various accounting queries for the overseas offices.\n\nMain responsibilities include:\n\n * Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts\n * Raising and correcting invoices/credit notes\n * Support the Finance Business Partner with profit and loss analysis\n * Assist with producing the annual budget and forecasts for international accounts\n * Process all payments, disbursements and invoices\n * Complete balance sheet reconciliations\n\nTo be considered for this vacancy, it is essential that you meet the following requirements\n\n * AAT qualified or previous experience working with an accounts department\n * Fluent in Spanish (highly desirable) or intermediate level\n * Proven background working in a fast paced accounts department\n * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written\n * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups)\n * Organised and able to work to own initiative whilst meeting tight deadlines
