Business Process Manager

With the creation of a new Internal Audit Function, our client, a multi billion pound retailer, are looking for a Business Process manager to oversee the day to day governance of financial and commercial processes.\n\nThis position will provide ongoing guidance and monitoring as well as designing audit processes and assisting with Audits as and when required. \n\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\n * Propose, plan and conduct risk based Audit plans\n * Review and document results highlighting gaps within policies and procedures\n * Propose new improvements and policies\n * Challenging and influencing at board level\n\n This is a broad Senior Audit position where the successful candidate will design and implement new Audit processes as well as delivering on the larger, more complex Audits as and when required.\n\n The successful Auditor or Process manager will have worked in an Operational Audit capacity for a large group, as a leader in a fast moving consumer goods industry any experience of this would be useful.
