Senior Quantity Surveyor required to work for a top ten Cost and Project Management Consultancy and work in their expanding Bristol office.
My client has a reputation that is second to none in the industry with a network of offices across the UK. Working across a range of sectors covering Property and Infrastructure they offer clients a multi-discipline approach with in house Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Building Surveying.
Regionally they have been one of the outstanding performers over the past four years and have continued to grow into one of the leading consultancies in Bristol. On the back of securing a number of large projects and a new regional framework they are now actively looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The Quantity Surveyor will be given a unique opportunity to work on a range of projects and packages and also be given genuine opportunities for career progression to Associate level.
The Quantity Surveyor should ideally come from a PQS background although my client is flexible for Contracting candidates who are keen to develop into Consultancy. What's most important is the Quantity Surveyor must have experience running projects within Property sectors and have good client facing skills.
