Staffing Assistant
Faculty of Wellbeing, Education and Language Studies
GBP21,843 to GBP24,565 pa Ref : 13799
Fixed Term Contract - 12 months
Based in Milton Keynes
Working as part of a small team, and as a member of the wider Professional Services team, you will undertake various administrative duties to assist with the provision of staffing, administrative and other operational support to the faculty.
Along with proven accuracy, attention to detail and workload planning skills, you will require a high standard of literacy and numeracy, excellent IT skills and an ability to prioritise effectively, often working on many tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are an essential requirement as is experience of building relationships and responding to the needs of customers. A proven ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, together with adaptability and flexibility to respond to frequently changing priorities is also required. This is an interesting and varied role in a busy office environment.
