Contracts Manager
We are seeking a Contracts Manager to one of the Regions most progressive, privately owned construction companies based in Bristol. Our client has a solid reputation and successful history across the South West with 2017 being an extremely successful year across the whole business and with several new projects secured, the company is expanding in several divisions.
The Contracts Manager will report to the Regional Director and initially take the lead on new build projects between GBP5m - GBP15m in Bristol. You will assume overall responsibility for all construction and on site operatives, ensuring the project is delivered to specification, on time and within budget.
You will be client facing and have proven experience of this. You must have overseen multiple building projects of GBP5m+ and come from a Main Contracting background.
