A Bristol based Social Housing provider are seeking a Clerk of Works to join their team on a full time, temporary basis until the end of the year.
This role will see you working across approximately 800 system built homes on the external fittings. You will complete pre and post work inspections, report on defects and sign off completed work. This post will focus predominately on external fittings i.e. external walls, cladding, windows etc.
Previous experience as a Clerk of Works is not essential but a good surveying background and a construction related qualification are required to be considered.
The successful candidate will ideally be available to start working ASAP.
