You will head up and lead this successful office. Due to combined growth and succession planning requirement, you will have a clear, unblocked path to progress.

Description
Joining this firm as a Salaried Director - all round adviser to OMBs you will head up and lead this successful Bristol office, of this leading firm of chartered accountants. Due to combined growth and succession planning requirement, you will have a clear path here, with no ceiling or barrier to carve this role, within this office.
Looking internally and at the structure of the team, it will need the right person to come in and head this up, as a very much, client facing advisory professional to clients, so not a compliance focused individual, but more of a client relationship builder and all round advisor, looking to to develop relationships with the clients and drive the growth of this office for the future. The right individual will look to advise clients on a wide ranging, accounting, tax, business planning, profitability maximisation, succession, share options, etc as a trusted go to advisor. You will manage the wider team and oversee the delivery of compliance and advisory projects, working with the wider management and support team on this. Dependent on the background of the right individual, the level of the role can work around this. So this could be mouldable at either salaried director level, or the role could equally suit a suitably very experienced and commercially, advisory focused, all round, accounts and tax, Senior Manager, seeking a quick progression path to director on offer.
The firm's clients are wide ranging in sector, turnover and industry range, from entrepreneurial start ups, sole traders, partnerships and significant proportion of OMBs and SMEs, ranging from into the GBPmillions in turnover, to larger clients, with accounting requirement across the range of audit, wide ranging personal and corporate tax compliance and advisory requirements, VAT, accounts and wider ranging corporate finance and planning opportunities. The office has developed to a decent turnover/GRF size, with huge potential for further growth and expansion.
Profile
You will hold any of ACA, ACCA, CTA qualified, practising certificate etc, with a strong background in accountancy practice. You will have skills across the range any of of audit, accounts, tax, advisory and planning skills. You will be looking to step up into a Director level role and be able to demonstrate the skills required with business development and relationship building skills, or be operating at this level already and searching for a challenging new career opportunity.
You may be from a Bristol based, or wider South West accountancy firm, of small, medium/large size, mid tier, or top tier firm background, or looking to relocate to the South West in a long term lifestyle and career move seeking a challenging opportunity in the profession at this level.
Job Offer
Circa GBP60,000 - GBP90,000 dependent on experience, background and level, negotiable plus benefits
