A longest standing Bath based company is seeking a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join its expanding team.
The business over the course of 2016 and into 2017 has continued to grow with the acquisition of new businesses and its high-level service delivery. This company is the largest of its kind in the UK and is a stable and respected brand in the market.
As the Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk your duties will include:
• Ensuring all tasks for which you are responsible are completed to a high standard of quality, and the teams SLA is adhered to at all times.
• Processing of the inter-company invoices, and clear understanding of the intercompany invoice process from both sides.
• Receiving, coding and posting of purchase invoices with a high degree of accuracy, minimising errors on non-company ledgers, and for the newer businesses to the group.
• Training and support to new team members, ensuring they are trained and fully understand all aspects of quality and the SLA requirements.
• Helping create and promote a positive and supportive environment within the team.
• Covering the Purchasing Manager or Processing Supervisor during absences.
• Completion of credit agreement forms.
• Filing up to date daily.
To be a successful Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk you will have the following skills and experience:
• Currently studying AAT (or similar) / or completed qualification.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Excel skills including V look ups and pivot tables.
In return, the Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk will receive a salary of GBP19,000 - GBP22,000 per annum plus many benefits.
