This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader to join our client based in Bradford to manage, motivate and develop a 16 strong team of Customer Service Advisors.

To be considered for this role candidates must have evidence of working and managing in a FCA regulated, customer focused environment and have experience in all aspects of individual and team performance management.

Role Responsibilities:

* Managing the day to day planning, operation and problem-solving of a team of agents to meet with the required service level standards
* Developing the team to ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer experience
* Being an active part of the management team and to act as the communication conduit between front-line staff and management
* Responsible for the delivery of service level, quality and productivity targets within the team
* Responsible for people management of direct reports including all HR related issues
* Responsible for sickness and holiday management within the team
* Managing schedules (after creation) to ensure sufficient cover is available during all opening hours
* Responsible for the training and development of staff
* Motivating and leading the team
* Conducting formal performance appraisals annually for each member of the team as we all regular (monthly) 1-2-1's

* The ability to motivate, coach and develop individuals to support and deliver results
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* High level of computer literacy/IT skills including MS Office specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
