The Social Work Discipline in the School of Health, Wellbeing and Social Care, is recruiting for a Programme Assistant to join its administration team.
You will act as the initial contact for the Social Work degree in England, supporting the selection and admissions process for students entering the degree programme. You will advise students, sponsors, and colleagues on the procedures and associated deadlines for selection, and will have particular regard to work-based learning data maintenance.
You will be self-motivated, have excellent oral and written communication skills, proven organisation skills, strong attention to detail and a strong customer service focus. You will have the ability to work effectively both independently and co-operatively as part of a small team.
