Hours: Mon - Sat, 9:30- 17:30 (candidates will be required to work a five day week, when a Saturday is worked a lieu day will be given, candidates will work every other Saturday)

A well-established property company in Hayes (Middlesex) is looking for a hard working and enthusiastic Property Manager / Lettings Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a varied, busy, fast paced role requiring candidates with great organisational and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing Move In files
- End of Tenancy Check Out
- Processing renewals
- Acquiring references
- Conducting inspections
- Meeting with Landlords
- Chasing rental arrears
- Arranging gas and other certificates with tenants and landlords
- Dealing with any maintenance issues

To be considered for this role, experience working in the property industry is essential (e.g. property management, lettings administrator, admin negotiator). Please note candidates will need to have a full driving licence and own their own vehicle. Petrol allowance will be given.

If you have no experience in the property industry, then you will need some experience in customer service either on phone or in person, as they can offer on job training (pay will be adjusted accordingly)
