HR Advisor

Based: Boston – Frequent travel to midlands based offices

Salary: Up to £32,392.20 per annum (starting salary subject to qualifications and experience)

12 Month Fixed Term Contract – 36.25 hours per week

Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for a HR Advisor on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Boston.

The HR Department is looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join the team on a fixed term basis up to 12 months.   The successful applicant will take the HR lead on a wide variety of HR employee relations casework and projects and shall predominately provide a HR advisory service to care services in Lincoln and Grimsby.

Ideally, you will have: -

  • Either a CIPD Graduate level qualification or equivalent / proven experience
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proven generalist experience in a HR role and a track record of successful employee relations casework
  • Knowledge of relevant case law and the ability to be able to interpret and apply
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with managers and staff;
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Efficient and well-organised with good time management and planning skills
  • An ability to act with professionalism, discretion and sensitivity
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude
