My client, a boutique practice based in London, are seeking a newly qualified Solicitor to join their practice.

You will focus on litigation work across a broad range including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, debt collection and professional negligence. You will also have an opportunity to assist with company/commercial work including commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and company procedures.
