My client, a well established firm based in South West London, are recruiting an experienced commercial solicitor to join their busy team.

You will specialise in assisting individuals and businesses with commercial matters including drafting commercial contracts including agency, distribution and franchise agreements. You will also advise and assist with the setting up of businesses as well as the purchase or sale of a business.

You will also be required to assist businesses with a range of employment law issues, although experience in this field is not essential.
