Commercial/IT Solicitor

Surrey (30 minutes from London)

My client, a Top 200 practice with one of the largest teams of lawyers in the South outside London, are recruiting for a Commercial/IT solicitor.

You will be a technically strong, personable and ambitious lawyer, looking to pursue a career in commercial and IT work in the long term.

The majority of work is the production and negotiation of commercial contracts including IT contracts, procurement agreements, distribution and agency agreements, e-commerce, competition and data protection.

Clients include mid-tier businesses, household name PLCs and other multinationals.

You will have strong experience in this area of law with a major City or leading national/regional practice. You will also have excellent academics and be used to working independently with minimal supervision.
