We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Assistant Centre Manager who can work 3 or 4 days a week on a permanent basis.
We are a business centre based in Central Bath and are looking for someone with a strong work ethic to join our small and social team.
The role will be supporting the Centre Manager in all areas of the building including front desk, facilities, finance, marketing and sales.
Key responsibilities include:
Reception and administration duties
Telephone answering
Relaying accurate messages to clients
Answering enquiries by phone and email
Maintaining the building
Scheduling meetings
Keeping communal areas clean and tidy
