Mental Health Support Keyworkers

Our client, Enable Support Services, is seeking Mental Health Support Keyworkers in Yeovil.

This role involves working as the lead worker with a small group of clients with complex needs, living in their own homes. You will provide weekly, outcome based support to these clients - planning support activities and supporting them in identifying and achieving support goals. The role includes providing practical support with daily living, personal care to a small number of clients and social support. It also involves attending support reviews and contributing to support planning.

Our client is looking for individuals with good written and spoken communication skills, who are able to follow direction but also use their initiative and represent the client and service in a professional way at all times. You must be committed to an enabling approach and promoting independence and also understand the importance of engaging with people who may not always want your support.

The ideal candidate will have:

-Previous experience in care and support. However, training and support within the role of Keyworker will be provided.

- A driving license and their own car.
