About the Opportunity

Due to further year on year growth of the Office Services team in Leeds we have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join a successful, busy and vibrant team. The team are highly experienced with well developed processes, supportive environment along with a market leading training programme to help you achieve at the very highest level.

You will be responsible for overseeing some existing clients along but with a strong focus on sales and business development to bring on your own clients. You will have a natural passion for sales and an unrelenting drive to succeed as you will have autonomy over your work and complete control over your progression, development and earning potential.

Ideally a track record of sales success is required with evidence of delivering consistent results and maintaining productive business relationships however we will consider trainees with the right attitude.

You'll be self-motivated and professional with strong communication skills and the ability to confidently liaise with clients at all levels from Line Managers to Board Directors.
