SC30 - Technical Sales Engineer Location: High Wycombe Salary: CompetitiveOverview:First Military Recruitment have a requirement on behalf of a client to source for a Technical Sales Engineer.They are a well-established company within the oil and gas industry, they are looking for Technical Sales Engineer who will be responsible for Maintaining and Developing opportunities for their products. This role would suit an ex-military personnel however, candidates from all backgrounds will be considered. Duties and Responsibilities: * Liaise with clients. * Provide written quotations. * Process purchase orders onto MRP system. * Conduct contract review. * Creating CAD drawings. * Review specifications to generate drawings. * Offer technical assistance when necessary. * Conduct commercial negotiations with new and existing clients. Skills and Qualifications: * Recognised Engineering Qualification. * Knowledge of British Standards for Engineer Draughting. * Knowledge and principals of hydraulics. * Experience of working in an engineering/manufacturing environment. * Experience in account management. * Fully conversant with AutoCAD and Solidworks or similar. * Ability to write technical quotes for clients. * Experience of Business to business sales. * Oil and Gas industry experience. * Experience of pressure retaining components.
