I'm working with a nationally recognised end-user in the North West who have just signed up to a 3 year, 400 user Microsoft agreement for Dynamics CRM and are now looking for someone to come into the business on a permanent basis to essentially shape the way it used in the workplace This is a Hybrid Dynamics CRM role which will give you exposure to a number of different areas including functional consultancy, business analysis and 3rd line support and is a unique opportunity to get in and implement CRM from a very early stage. You'll explore new ways of utilising Dynamics CRM within the business as well as look for ways of streamlining and improving business processes, using the functionality of CRM There is an initial starting salary of around GBP35-40k depending on experience as well as a very competitive benefits package and massive investment in your own personal training and development. You will have hands on experience customizing and configuring CRM and will be confident with JavaScript and ideally have some .Net experience. Requirement gathering and user engagement will be a big part of the role as the company will be looking to you to understand what they are trying to achieve and then be able to build it within CRM.
